Tenders Are Invited For Hiring Research, Service Design And Ux Expertise

In Recent Years, There Has Been A Clear Increase Within The Municipality Of The Hague In The Use Of Expertise In The Areas Of Research (Qualitative And Quantitative), Service Design And User Experience Design (Also Called Ux). These Disciplines Are Increasingly Used To Improve Municipal Services And Gain Insight Into The Needs Of Residents, Entrepreneurs, Visitors And Employees. Although The Municipality Has Knowledge And Expertise In These Fields, Demand Now Exceeds The Available Internal Capacity. This Need Is Expected To Increase Further In The Coming Years. The Municipality Of The Hague Has Therefore Opted For A Municipality-Wide Framework Agreement For The Temporary Use (Hiring) Of This Specialist Expertise. This Allows The Municipality To Have Appropriate Expertise In A Flexible, Efficient And Future-Proof Manner. The Assignment Is Divided Into 3 Lots: Lot 1: Quantitative Research Lot 2: Qualitative Research & Service Design (Sd) Lot 3: User Experience Design (Ux)
