The Purpose Of This Rfi Is To Gather Information That May Be Useful To The Ministry With Respect To A Potential Future Procurement Or Other Process Or Initiative. This Rfi Is Not: (I) A Tender Notice Or Call For Tenders; (Ii) A Notice Of Intended Procurement; Or (Iii) A Notice Of Planned Procurement.The Ministry Of Citizens Services, Connected Services Bc, Education Sector Networks And Voice Services Branch, Is Seeking Information Regarding Telephone Number Management Solutions That Could Support A Future Procurement Initiative.The Province Currently Manages Approximately 60,000 Telephone Numbers Across Multiple Telephony Platforms And Is Seeking Information On Solutions Capable Of Supporting This Scale And Future Growth. The Ministry Is Seeking A Cloud-Based Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Solution That Integrates With The Provinces Microsoft Teams Voice Tenant And Supports The Lifecycle Management Of Telephone Numbers, Including Reservation, Assignment, Provisioning, Inventory Management, Tracking, Reporting, Aging, And Reclamation Processes.While Microsoft Teams Is The Primary Telephony Platform, The Solution Should Also Support Telephone Number Reservation, Inventory Tracking, And Aging Processes For Other Government Telephony And Voice Platforms
