Tenders Are Invited For Architect Or Engineer Led Integrated Multidisciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services For The National Biorefinery Pilot Project (Nbpp) Infrastructure Upgrade And Expansion Works

The Project Comprises The Upgrade And Expansion Of The Nbpp Building, Including All Associated Design, Coordination, Statutory Approvals, And Construction Supervision Services. The Works Will Be Carried Out Within An Operational (“Live”) Facility And Shall Include The Integration Of New And Existing Building Elements, Services, And Systems. The Consultant’S Services Shall Address All Relevant Site Constraints, Including Continuity Of Operations, Health And Safety Requirements, Phasing Of Works, And Coordination With Stakeholders. The Scope Includes Multidisciplinary Design Services To Deliver A Compliant, Functional, And Cost- Effective Solution In Accordance With The Client’S Requirements And Applicable Statutory Standards
