It Is One Of The Properties That Blb Nrw Nl Bundesbau Manages And Processes For The Bima. The Buildings Are Elongated Three-Story Blocks With No Basement. A Gable Roof With An Inclination Of 30° Is Placed At The Top. Ventilation Pipes Are Laid In The Roof Space, Otherwise The Floor Remains Unused. The Buildings Are Constructed Using Solid Construction. The Roof Truss Is Made From A Carpenters Construction And Covered With Roof Tiles. The Outer Walls Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete. You Receive A Thermal Insulation Composite System. The Facade Will Be Clad With Clinker Brick Slips On The Ground Floor. The Remaining Area Is Covered With Window Plaster.
