The Assignor Of This Public Procurement Is The Director Of Pg Gen. Vladimir Zaimov Within The Meaning Of Art. 5, Para. 2, Item 14 Of The Public Procurement Act And As Such Has The Obligation, When Awarding Public Contracts, To Strictly Comply With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Performance Of Specialized Transportation Of Students Of Vocational High School General Vladimir Zaimov, Town Of Sopot For The Academic Year 2026-2027. The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Transport Activities On School Days Until The End Of The Academic Year 2026-2027 Along Certain Routes According To The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1). The Estimated Value For The Implementation Of All Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is In The Amount Of €171,849.60 (One Hundred And Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred And Forty-Nine Euros And Sixty Cents) / Bgn 336,108.60/ Excluding Vat, Respectively €206,219.52 (Two Hundred And Six Thousand Two Hundred And Nineteen Euros And Fifty-Two Cents) Including Vat. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Indicative For The Term Of The Contract And Does Not Bind The Contracting Authority. It Has Been Determined And Is Current As Of The Date Of The Decision To Open The Public Procurement Procedure. The Indicated Estimated Value Does Not Represent The Maximum Allowable Price For Participation. Price Proposals Exceeding The Estimated Value Of The Order Thus Determined Will Not Be Removed On This Basis And Will Be Considered, Evaluated And Ranked In The Order Of This Documentation.
