Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Home Social Patronage /Dsp/, Day Center For Children And Youth With Disabilities /Dcsmu/, Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities /Cnstdbu/ And Day Center For Adults With Disabilities /Dcplu/ In The Town Of Peshtera With The Aim Of: Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To Consumers; Ensuring A Proper Diet, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Consumer Nutrition Is Provided; Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimates, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Last Twelve Months. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products, According To The Emerging Needs Of The Relevant Municipal Structures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
