Tenders Are Invited For Updating The Existing Anti-Virus Protection System In The Prosecutors Office Of The Republic Of Bulgaria - Eset, To The Latest Version And Providing Technical Support For A Period Of 24 Months

1. Requirements For The Execution Of The Order: 1.1. Type Of Anti-Virus Protection Product Purchased And Used In Prb, For Which Renewal Of Licenses And Subscription Support Is Provided - Eset Protect Essential Op-Prem; 1.2. Number Of Devices On Which The Product Is Used - 5,000 Pcs. Computers And Servers; 1.3. Technical Support; 1.4. The Contractor Shall Provide Assistance By Telephone Or E-Mail To Solve Problems Related To The Spread Of Viruses And/Or The Use Of The Anti-Virus Product; 1.5. The Contractor Should Provide Solutions Against Newly Discovered Viruses. 2. Technical Support Requirements. Technical Support Services Can Be Provided By The Contractor Remotely. The Contracting Authority Provides Access To The Information Infrastructure Of Prb, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Within The Validity Of The Licenses, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 2.1. To Provide Technical Support Of The Anti-Virus Software, Periodic Updating Of The Software Versions; 2.2. In Case Of Non-Fulfilment Of Item 3.2.3. A Penalty Is Charged For Each Working Day Of Delay In The Amount Of 0.2% Of The Contract Value Excluding Vat 2.3. Time To Fix A Problem: No More Than 48 Hours (Within The Working Week / Excluding Weekends And Holidays) After Requesting The Point Of Contact 2.4. Response Time: Up To 24 Hours After Reporting The Problem 2.5. Providing A Point Of Contact (Phones, E-Mail And Contact Persons And/Or Helpdesk System) To Resolve Any Kind Of Problems Related To Viruses Or Anti-Virus Software Or Parts Of The Product During The Validity Period Of The Licenses, On Business Days; The Contract Comes Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties, In Case It Is Signed After 23.09.2026. If The Contract Is Signed Before 24.09.2026, It Comes Into Force From 24.09.2026. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Within The Term Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Presents 2 (Two) One-Year Licenses As Follows: – First License With A Validity Period Of 12 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract; – A Second License With A Validity Period Of 12 Months From The Day Following The Day The First License Expires. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure Continuity When Granting The Second License.
