The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Activities For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), Which Are Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) (Promulgated, Sg No. 1 Of 2.01.2001, Last Amended And Supplemented, Sg No. 87 Of 17 October 2025). The Object Of The Smr: Reconstruction Of Heat Conduction Deviation Along Stoyan Zaimov Street Is A Third Category Of Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 Of Zut. The Construction Falls Into The Third Group According To The Rules For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations, Including Zut And Its Subsidiary Regulations; The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Used In The Construction; And The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Performing Smr. Detailed Information Regarding The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of The Documentation. The Types Of Construction And Assembly Works To Be Performed And Their Quantities Are Described In The Bill Of Quantities Attached For Valuation, Representing Appendix No. 2 And Appendix No. 3, Representing Part Of The Investment Project. The Drawings From Appendix No. 3 Contain Additional Information About The Specifics Of The Object.
