Public Transport Of Passengers By Buses According To Approved Transport Schemes In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Can Be Carried Out By Individuals And Legal Entities Registered As Traders Who Hold A License To Transport Passengers In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Or A Community Licence, As Well As Other Documents Required By Law And Ordinance No. 2 Of 15.03.2002 On The Conditions And Procedures For Approving Transport Schemes And For Carrying Out Public Transport Of Passengers By Buses Of The Ministry Of Transport And Communications. The Public Transport Of Passengers Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Transport Act, Ordinance No. 33 Of 1999 On Public Transport Of Passengers And Goods On The Territory Of The Republic Of Belarus, The Road Traffic Act And Other Legal Acts Relating To The Organization Of Road Transport, As Well As In Accordance With The Technical Specification.
