The Subject Of The Order Includes Organizing And Conducting An Epidemiological Study On The State Of The Oral Status Of Children Aged 8, 9 And 10 Years, Covered By The National Program For The Prevention Of Oral Diseases In Children From 0 To 18 Years Of Age In The Republic Of Bulgaria 2026-2030. The Activities In The Subject Of The Procurement, Which Must Be Subject To The Methodology Developed By The Participants, Include: - Conducting A Study Of The Oral Status Of Children In A Referral, The Object Of The National Program For The Prevention Of Oral Diseases In Children From 0 To 18 Years Of Age, Namely Assessment Of Dental Caries And Reporting Of The Level Of Caries Reduction In Children Aged 8, 9 And 10 Years Who Were Placed With Sealants, Compared With A Control Group Of Children Of The Same Age Who Were Not Placed With Sealants. Scope - Up To 600 Children Between The Ages Of 8 And 10, According To The Requirements Laid Down In The National Program For The Prevention Of Oral Diseases In Children From 0 To 18 Years Of Age. - The Study Must Be Carried Out According To The Methodology For Conducting An Epidemiological Study On The State Of The Oral Status Of Children Covered By The National Program, Which Is Part Of The Contractors Technical Proposal. - For The Purpose Of The Study, Up To 600 Children From The Regions Of Sofia City, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Pernik, Shumen And Pazardzhik Should Be Examined. - The Investigated Areas Include A Scope Of About 98.38% Of All Silanized Children, As The Corresponding Representative Sample For The Epidemiological Study Up To 600 Children, Calculated As A Corresponding Percentage For The Individual Areas. - For Each Of The Indicated Areas, The Scope Corresponds To The Realized Number Of Silanized Children, In Order To Comply With The Principle Of Representativeness. The Children To Be Examined Are Divided Into Three Target Age Groups: 8, 9 And 10 Years. Children In Each Age Group Were Divided Into An Epidemiological Study Group (Children Who Were Placed With Sealants) And Children In A Control Group Who Were Not Placed With Sealants.
