In The Execution Of The Order, The Following Must Be Carried Out: Reception, Transfer And Delivery Of Domestic And International Postal Correspondence And Parcels, And Additional Postal Services At Least Twice Each Working Day. * By Additional Postal Services We Mean The Recommendation Service And The Delivery Notice Service, According To §1, Item 10 Of The Additional Provision Of The Postal Services Act. The Scope, Main Parameters And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Conditions. 1. Term Of The Contract/Performance Period: Up To 1 (One) Year, Starting From 01.09.2026. Or After Exhausting The Amount Under Contract No. D25001323вн/20.08.2025. (Whichever Event Occurred Earlier). 2. Performance Guarantee: 5% Of The Order Value. 3. The Reporting/Acceptance Of The Activities Subject To The Order Based On: Daily And Monthly Reports On Accepted Postal And/Or Parcel Shipments /Appendixes #3 And #4/. 4. Payment Will Be Made On The Basis Of: Properly Drawn Up Invoices Meeting The Requirements Of The Accounting And Vat Act. 5. The Place Of Execution Of The Contract - The City Of Varna, The Municipality Of Varna And The Secondary Budget Managers, According To The Attached List / Appendix No. 2, An Integral Part Of The Contract. 6. The Control Over The Execution Of The Contract By The Contracting Authority Will Be Carried Out By The Ucrau Directorate At The Municipality Of Varna. ​
