The Municipality Of Huechuraba Requires Contracting, With The Same Provider, The Comprehensive Provision Of The Services Associated With The Communal Telesurveillance System, Including The Following Services And Their Objectives: Service N°1 – Recovery And Improvement Of The Telesurveillance Subsystem (Set-Up): Execute The Necessary Actions To Recover And Optimize The Operating Conditions Of Part Of The Existing Telesurveillance System, Allowing Its Proper Incorporation Into The Support And Maintenance Service In Accordance With The Standards Defined By The Technical Bases Of This Bidding Process. Service N°2 – Preventive And Corrective Support Of The Remote Surveillance System: Provide Operational Continuity Of The Entire Remote Surveillance System Through The Execution Of Preventive Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance Against Failures Or Incidents That Affect Its Operation. Service N°3 - Supply And Installation Of Components Of The Remote Surveillance System: Provide The Supply And Installation Of The Different Components Of The Telesurveillance System, Intended Both For The Replacement Of Defective Equipment Or Elements And For The Expansion And Strengthening Of Communal Telesurveillance Coverage.
