Bids Are Invited For Housing Improvement Habitability Program.

The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is The Contracting Of The Service Called “Housing Improvement, For The Living Program 2025 Execution 2026”, Intended To Carry Out Constructive And Electrical Interventions In Homes Belonging To Beneficiary Families Of The Habitability Program, Call 2025, Execution 2026, Of The Commune Of Negrete, In Accordance With The Technical Bases, Annexes And Other Background Of This Present Tender. The Service Will Include The Intervention Of 8 Homes, According To The Technical Detail Defined For Each Of Them, Including, As Appropriate, Improvement Of The Electrical System, Construction Of A Habitable Module, Minor Construction Repairs, Construction And/Or Repair Of Partitions, Interior And Exterior Coatings, Insulation, Finishes, Painting, Installation Of Sanitary Fixtures, Accessibility Elements, Modification Of Openings And Doors, Roofing Work And Other Items Necessary To Comply With The Technical Bases. The Contract Considers The Full Execution Of The Works Indicated In The Technical Bases, Including The Provision Of All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, Transfer, Completions, Installations, Certifications, Cleaning And Final Delivery Of The Interventions, All Of Which Must Be Included Within The Total Value Offered By The Contractor, Without Additional Charges For Said Concepts. Likewise, The Contractor Must Have Qualified Technical Personnel And, When Applicable, An Electrical Installer Authorized By The Superintendency Of Electricity And Fuels, And Must Comply With The General Urban Planning And Construction Ordinance, The Regulations Applicable To Sanitary And Electrical Installations, The Safety Regulations For Electrical Energy Consumption Facilities, Especially The Ric Normative Technical Documents No. 02, 04, 06 And 10, And To The Instructions Given By The Technical Inspector Of The Service. The Characteristics Of The Service, Specific Obligations, Interventions Per Home, Execution Conditions, Certifications, Delivery Method And Other Technical Requirements Are Detailed.
