Tenders are invited for Consultancy/Firm to Manage the Palestine Diaspora Network and Business Development Program Service Location: Ramallah, Birzeit Terms of Reference (TOR) Palestine TechnoPark (PTP) invites qualified consulting firms and individual consultants to submit technical and financial proposals to manage and implement the Palestine Diaspora Network and Business Development Program. The consultancy aims to strengthen engagement with the Palestinian technology diaspora, attract investment, facilitate business establishment, develop strategic partnerships, and position Palestine as a competitive destination for technology, innovation, outsourcing, and entrepreneurship. Scope of Work includes: Developing and implementing the Diaspora Network engagement strategy. Managing the Diaspora CRM and engagement activities. Operating the Diaspora One-Stop Shop. Identifying investment and business development opportunities. Organizing networking events, Brain Gain, Tech Circles, webinars, and delegation visits. Developing strategic partnerships. Managing diaspora communications and the Connect Newsletter. Preparing periodic reports and KPI dashboards. Assignment Duration: Five (5) months, with the possibility of extension. Submission Requirements: Interested consultants/firms must submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
