The scope covers continuous advisory on Strategic direction, performing tasks and activities associated with strategic initiatives throughout the life cycle, maintaining/enhancement of existing processes and systems for Strategy execution, tracking and reporting the Portfolio progress and performance to the higher management on regular intervals. The scope also includes adequate training plans to be developed and executed during the project to ensure smooth transition and handovers for KM SEO staff by the end of contract.
