Expression of Interest for Construction and Completion of Proposed Dining & Study Hall Building. Should reach the above on or before 27th July 2026, marked "EOI - New Building Project - STC" on the envelope. S. Thomas1 College, Mount Lavinia has launched a programme to construct a new three storey building comprising a dining hall, classrooms, laboratories, kitchen and an associated landscaped courtyard, within the College premises at Mount Lavinia. The total built-up area is approximately 41,000.00 square feet. Construction of the proposed building is expected to commence as soon as possible. Accordingly, the College hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced building contractors who have successfully completed 02 similar scale institutional / commercial building projects to a value of LKR 350,000,000/- or more each during the last 03 years.
