Quotation are invited for Replacement of the Roll-up Garage Doors for GOH. Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for replacement of garage doors for the Government-Owned housing units (GOH) of the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the most qualified responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 09:00 hrs. (all times listed are in Saudi Arabia time) at U.S. Embassy Riyad warehouse (Annex). Prospective offerors who intend to participate in this site visit must send an email to [email protected] on or before close-ofbusiness (17:00 hrs.), Thursday, July 23, 2026, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Proposals are due on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1700 hrs. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
