Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation, Water sanitation and hygiene Duration of Contract: Detailed timeline per deliverable to be agreed upon with the consultant. Oxfam is seeking supplier to deliver 850 filter kits. - The supplier is responsible to deliver the items to Oxfam warehouses in Rmaileh-Saida. - Oxfam reserves the right to reject and require the replacement of any defective kits at the suppliers expense. - Supplier should have the capacity to prepare the kits/items within a period of 5 days from the date of signing the PO. - The supplier will abide by the provision based on the requested specifications. - Minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. - Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. If the supplier wishes to propose modifications to the specification (which may provide a better way to achieve Oxfam ´s objectives) these must be considered as an alternative offer. The Supplier must make alternative offers in a separate letter to accompany the offer. OXFAM is under no obligation to accept alternative offers. 100% payment after delivery and acceptance of the requested quantity and submitting the financial documents, within 30 days.
