Background The Project Strengthen Local Csos To Provide Protection Services To Women And Gbv Survivors In Palestine Aims To Improve The Well-Being, Protection, And Resilience Of Vulnerable Women And Survivors Of Gender-Based Violence (Gbv) Across Four Governorates In The West Bank Through A Comprehensive, Community-Based Approach Grounded In Human Rights And WomenS Empowerment. The Project Seeks To Expand Access To Accessible, Culturally Responsive, And Sustainable Protection And Support Services, Particularly For Women And Girls Living In Rural Villages And Refugee Camps Where Essential Services Remain Limited. In Parallel, The Project Aims To Strengthen The Institutional And Operational Capacity Of Pwwsd As A Local Civil Society Organization (Cso), Enabling It To Deliver Effective, Coordinated, And Multi-Sectoral Interventions And Sustain Community-Based Support Mechanisms Beyond The ProjectS Duration. Through The Provision Of Integrated Psychosocial, Legal, Health, And Advocacy Services, The Project Will Address Immediate Protection Needs While Promoting Community Awareness, Social Resilience, And The Long-Term Safety And Empowerment Of Women And Girls. About Pwwsd The Palestinian Working Women Society For Development (Pwwsd) Is A Feminist, Non-Governmental Organization That Seeks To Achieve Gender Equality And Combat All Forms Of Discrimination And Gender-Based Violence. Pwwsd Is Committed To Facilitating Womens Access To Justice And Contributing To The Development Process Through Providing Psychological, Social, And Legal Support To Women. The Organization Works To Empower Women, Encouraging Their Participation In The Political, Economic, And Social Fields, As Well As Their Role In The National Struggle To End The Occupation. PwwsdS Mission Is Deeply Rooted In Promoting The Rights And Well-Being Of Women And Girls In Palestine, Especially Those In Conflict-Affected Areas. 2. Purpose Of The Assignment Pwwsd Is Seeking To Engage Qualified Srh Trainers/Experts For These Governorates (Hebron, Jenin, Nablus, And Ramallah) To Design And Deliver A Series Of Srh (Sexual And Reproductive Health Awareness Sessions) . The Sessions Aim To Increase Womens And Girls Knowledge Of Their Bodily Rights, Menstrual Hygiene Management (Mhm), Contraception, And Pathways To Safe And Confidential Reproductive Healthcare, In A Culturally Sensitive And Survivor-Centered Manner. 3. Scope Of Work And Session Topics Trainer/Trainers Will Deliver A Total Of 20 Srh Awareness Sessions Across The Four Governorates Combined (5 Sessions Per Governorate), Reaching A Total Of 300 Women And Adolescent Girls (15 Participants Per Session). Sessions Will Be Held In Safe, Women-Only Community Venues Identified By Pwwsd. Core Topics To Be Covered Include, At A Minimum: Bodily Autonomy And Rights Womens And Girls Rights To Make Informed Decisions About Their Own Bodies And Health Menstrual Hygiene Management (Mhm) Accurate Information On Menstrual Health, Hygiene Practices, And Addressing Associated Stigma Contraception And Family Planning Available Methods, Access Points, And Dispelling Common Myths And Misinformation Maternal And General Reproductive Health Antenatal Care Basics, Common Reproductive Health Concerns, And Warning Signs Requiring Medical Attention Safe And Confidential Access To Care How And Where To Access Srh Services, Including For Women Facing Mobility Or Guardianship-Related Barriers Referral Pathways Linking Participants, Where Relevant And With Consent, To Pwwsds Psychosocial And Legal Support Services 4. Duties And Responsibilities Of The Srh Trainer/Expert Develop And Adapt Culturally Appropriate Srh Session Content And Materials For The Assigned Governorate. Deliver Women-Only Srh Awareness Sessions (15 Participants Each) In Designated Communities Within The Assigned Governorate, Following An Agreed Session Schedule. Facilitate Sessions Using Participatory, Non-Judgmental, And Trauma-Informed Methods Appropriate For Conservative And Crisis-Affected Settings. Maintain Confidentiality And Apply Pwwsds Safeguarding And Do-No-Harm Protocols Throughout All Sessions. Identify And Refer, With Participant Consent, Any Disclosed Cases Of Gbv Or Protection Concerns To Pwwsds Psychosocial Counsellors Following The Established Referral Procedure. Collect Attendance Sheets And Administer A Brief Pre/Post Knowledge Check For Each Session To Support Monitoring And Evaluation. Submit A Final Narrative Report At The End Of The Assignment, Including Pre /Post Analysis. Coordinate Logistics For Each Session With The Relevant Field Counsellor And Community Focal Point (Venue, Timing, Participant Mobilization). 5. Duty Stations And Session Distribution Srh Trainer/S Will Be Assigned To Each Of The Following Governorates To Deliver 2-Hour Awareness Sessions Within Pwwsds Target Communities In: Hebron Governorate Yatta, Hebron Old City, Al-Fawwar Camp, Al-Thahriya Jenin Governorate East Jenin, Bruqeen, Kofor Dan, Kharouba Nablus Governorate Nablus Old City, Askar Camps 1 & 2, Balata Camp, Kofor Qallil, Iraq Burin Ramallah & Al-Bireh Governorate Jalazoun Camp, Amari Camp, Kofor Nima, Silwad 6. Qualifications And Experience Required University Degree In Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, Reproductive Health, Social Work, Gender Studies, Or A Related Field. Minimum 3 Years Of Relevant Experience Delivering Srh, Health Education, Or Awareness Sessions To Women And/Or Communities In Palestine. Demonstrated Knowledge Of Srh Topics, Including Mhm, Contraception, And Reproductive Rights, And Familiarity With Local Referral Pathways For Health And Protection Services. Prior Experience Working With Women And Girls In Conservative, Crisis-Affected, Or Marginalized Community Settings . Strong Facilitation, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills, With A Survivor-Centred, Non-Judgmental, And Confidential Approach. Understanding Of Do-No-Harm, Safeguarding, And Gbv Referral Principles; Prior Training In Psea Or Safeguarding Is An Asset. Residency In, Or Demonstrated Ability To Travel Regularly To, The Assigned Governorate. 7.
