Tenders are invited for Providing Private Security Service for Central Campus & Colombo Regional Center A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rupees Fifteen thousand only (Rs. 15,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash through the University Shroff. Bids will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on 11th August 2026 at the Open University Registrars Board room in the presence of the bidders representatives to attend in person at the address below. All bids/ proposals must be accompanied by a Bid-Security, of Rs. 548,000.00 (Five hundred fourty eight thousand Rupees only), payable unconditionally as specified in the bidding document, valid for a period of 119 days from the tender closing date (until 08th December 2026). This Bid Security must be obtained from a commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the name of the Vice Chancellor, the Open University of Sri Lanka or be paid in cash to the University Shroff.
