1. Part 1 – Air Conditioners (60 Pieces)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1A To Swz.3. The Conditions And Method Of Execution Of The Order Were Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract For Part I, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Delivered Air Conditioners Must Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Not Refurbished, In Original Packaging And Approved For Use In Public Utility Facilities.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Table In Section 1 Point 1) Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Failure To Complete The Table Referred To Above, Offering A Parameter Inconsistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex 1A To The Swz, Or Failure To Indicate All The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.5. In A Situation Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Understood That The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Is Allowed. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturer Or Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. The Term Parameters Means Functionality, Purpose, Materials, Shape, Size, Safety And Durability. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. 7. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 8.
