Dubisa 7, On Plot No. 1093/6 In Jedlicze.2. A Detailed Description Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Attachments: Appendix No. 4A To The Swz Design Documentation Appendix No. 4B To The Swz Bill Of Quantities Appendix No. 4B To The Swz Sswior3. If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99(5) Of The Act Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturers/Products Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents (Along With The Offer) Confirming The Credibility Of These Materials Or Devices. They Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept Equivalents.
