The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Existing Building Along With A Change In Its Use, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of A Building For The Needs Of Emergency Shelter In The Commune Of Inowrocław In The Town Of Łojewo (Łojewo 21, 88-101 Łojewo), On Plots With Registration Numbers 61 And 64, Precinct 0024 Łojewo, Commune Of Inowrocław. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Building In The General Construction (Construction And Architectural), Sanitary (Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Internal Fire Protection Installation And Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical (Electrical Installations, Fire Protection Switch, Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting) And Construction Of A Fire Alarm System (Ssp) As Well As Works Related To Landscaping, Including The Construction Of A Roof. Communication, Hardening And Elements Of Small Architecture. Attention! The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery And Assembly Of Movable Equipment And Furniture Of The Facility, In Particular Beds, Wardrobes, Desks, Kitchenette Equipment (Except White Assembly Elements), Household Appliances, Laundry Equipment, Auxiliary Rooms And Other Equipment Not Included In The Scope Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Order Only Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Included In White Assembly, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Due To The Above, Items 40-45 Of The Bill Of Quantities Were Excluded From The Scope Of The Order, While Item 46 Covers Only The Scope Of White Assembly. Items 40-45 Of The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Subject Of The Order And Are Not Subject To Valuation When Preparing The Offer. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities And This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Shall Be Binding In The Scope Covered By This Note.3.
