The Subject Of The Order Are Road Works On Roads With An Asphalt Surface, Consisting Of: 1) Single Surface Consolidation Over The Entire Width Of The Road Using A Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Modified With Class C 69 Bp3 Pu Latex And Stone Chips With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm, Along With The Necessary Prior Cleaning Of The Road, 2) Renovation Of The Road By Filling Gaps, Exfoliation And Decay, As Well As Defects In The Road Surface Made Of Grit Covered With Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Class C 65B3 Pu/Rc Using A Patcher Type Renovation Device, 3) Partial Renovation Of The So-Called Patches Of Cracks In Bituminous Pavements By Local Execution Of A Single Surface Consolidation Using Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Modified With Class C 69 Bp3 Pu Latex And Stone Chips With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.2. Works Are Planned To Be Carried Out On The District Road No. 4607P, Section. From Pos. Emilianów No. 9 To The Intersection Of Municipal Roads, Approximately 463 M Long (Single), No. 4630P On The Section. Sobiesęki Drugie - Helenów, Ca. 1,354 M Long (Patcher, Single), No. 4630P, Section Forest Area With A Length Of Approximately 366 M (Patcher, Single), No. 4618P, Section From The Town Of Pietrzyków (Wojewódzka Road) To The Town Of Smółka, With A Length Of Approximately 1,150 M (Patcher, Single), No. 4628P And No. 4626P In The Area Ca 1300 M2 (Patches).3. The Sections Of District Roads On Which Works Should Be Performed First Will Be Specified By The Ordering Party In Partial Orders Submitted To The Contractor Systematically According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Submit The First Order On The Day Of Concluding The Contract.4. In Partial Orders, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Scope Of Works, The Place Of Performance Of These Works, Unit Prices Of Works, The Total Net And Gross Value Of Works And The Deadline For Completing The Partial Order. The Deadline For Completing A Partial Order Will Be Determined In Consultation With The Contractor And Cannot Be Longer Than The Deadline For Completing The Order Specified In Section Viii.5. The Remuneration For The Contractor Will Be Paid Once, In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 6 Of The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, After The Completion Of The Last Partial Order And The Protocol Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities (Proportions) Of Individual Works Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate.
