The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Building (30 Apartments), Located On Plot No. 4762/16 In Wola Rzędzińska, Tarnów Commune, Along With Internal Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Gas, Heat Pump, External Water Supply Installation, External Storm Sewage Installation For The Designed Tight, Non-Draining Rainwater Tank, External Sanitary Sewage Installations, Communication Internal, Parking Spaces (42 Pcs., Including Two For Disabled People), A Retaining Wall, External Lighting, A Playground, A Bicycle Shelter, A Garbage Shelter, And A Charging Station For Electric Vehicles.2) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And On Its Behalf, A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit For The Completed Construction Facilities Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction To The District Construction Supervision Inspector, As Well As Developing And Preparing All Necessary Documents Needed In This Regard.
