The Task Is Covered By The Current Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works.4. Note: The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Opz Covers A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include: 1) Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Located On Plots No. 66, No. 92 And No. 96, Registration District 0016 Nowina, Unit Possibly 022406_5;2) Replacing Concrete Resistors With New Ones Along The Renovated Road.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Road Surface; 2) Renovation Of Street Sewage Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements. - The Route Of The Renovated Road Is Presented On Maps Constituting An Annex To Opz No. 2.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Including: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Information From The Ordering Party, Which Has Priority Over The Documents Indicated Below; 2) Design Documentation;3) Stwiorb;4) Bill Of Quantities;5) Certificate Of March 14, 2025 On No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works;7. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Warranty Period Depends On The Contractor And Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.8. Any Indication In The Procurement Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services - Is Not Intended To Violate Art. 16 Of The Public Procurement Law.
