The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of New Cctv, Swin And Ssp Systems In The Building Of The District Court In Sokołów Podlaski At Ul. Priest Bosco 3, 08-300 Sokołów Podlaski. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Annex No. 1 To The Contract). The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check, Analyze And Calculate The Scope Of Work And The Number Of Works To Be Performed According To The Attached Design Documentation. Failure To Indicate In The Bill Of Quantities The Works Necessary To Perform The Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design Documentation In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Lump Sum Remuneration Based On Technical Knowledge, Design Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Design And Construction Works To Perform The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In An Active Facility In A Way That Interferes As Little As Possible With The Work Of The District Court In Sokołów Podlaski. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Work And Provides A Warranty For The Entire Task. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Ordering Party, Who Will Coordinate The Works. As The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Active Site, Shift Work May Be Required Where Necessary. The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 8 To The Swz. The Provisions Contained In The Contract Are Treated As Conditions For Awarding The Contract.
