Part 1 - Switching 4 Floor Switchboards From The Basic Power Supply Section To The Guaranteed Power Supply Section In The Building At Ul. Noniewicza 71A In Suwałki, The Subject Of The Order And Its Requirements Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Complete The Order Using Materials With Current Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If Trademarks Are Used In The Procedure Documentation, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Procedure Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Labels In The Documentation Of The Proceedings Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party, Within The Time Limit Set By Him, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Use In The Documentation Of The Procedure Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body.
