Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Training Stations: A Steel Staircase, A Communication Gallery, A Climbing Frame, An Elevator Shaft And An Angle Wall On The Premises Of The State Fire Service Non-Commissioned Officers School In Bydgoszcz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Certificate Of The Mayor Of Bydgoszcz Of June 16, 2026, The Project Attached To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Bill Of Quantities (Constitutes An Auxiliary Material), The Construction Law And Health And Safety Regulations. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material. If The Contractor, After Carrying Out An On-Site Visit (Point 2.4 Of The Swz), Decides That It Is Necessary To Include Works And Materials Not Included In The Documentation, He Should Accept Them For The Valuation. If The Contractor Decides That The Amount Of Material, Equipment Or Labor Should Be Increased In A Given Item, He Should Take This Into Account When Pricing The Subject Of The Contract. (E.G.
