The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Accordance With The Attached Ffu, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law, Standards, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Consents And Decisions, Perform All Required Activities Required By Decisions, Technical Conditions, Etc., In Particular Connections, Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, And, If Necessary, Replacement Plantings And Insulating And Protective Greenery.
