I. The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Called: Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land At Ul. Ciska In Pinczyn. Ii. The Investment Will Be Implemented In: Voivodeship. Pomeranian Voivodeship, Starogard County, Zblewo Commune, Pinczyn District; In Accordance With The Attached Documentation And Illustrative Maps And Opz. Iii. Contractors Obligations 1. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Agree With The Zblewo Commune Municipality On The Exact Location Of The Wells And Valves Of The Water And Sewage Network In Order To Regulate Them, And On The Date Of Final Acceptance, It Will Present A Report Confirming The Correct Regulation Of These Wells And Valves Issued By The Zblewo Commune.2. While Carrying Out Road Works, The Contractor Will Appropriately Protect Other Existing Technical Infrastructure Located In The Road Against Damage, With Particular Attention To The Gas Network. Appropriate Protective Materials Should Be Used, E.G. Protective Pipes.3. Geodetic Reconstruction Of The Road And As-Built Inventory.4. Execution And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization - Sectional, After Completion Of Construction Works, Restoration Of Permanent Traffic Organization,5. The Contractors Offer Price Must Include The Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project. 6. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Will Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation, Inspection Reports, Certificates, And Declarations Of All Materials Used.7. All Costs Related To The Above. The Obligations Regarding As-Built Documentation And Construction Works Are Borne By The Contractor,8. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Organize The Construction Site And Access To The Investment Site, And Will Enable Access For Services And Municipal Vehicles9. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Prepare Photographic Documentation Of The Area, Buildings And Fences Where The Works Will Be Carried Out.10. The Contractor Will Provide The Appropriate Certificates And Declarations For The Materials Used For Installation,11. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Organize The Construction Site And Access To The Investment Site, And Enable Access For Services And Municipal Vehicles12. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Clean Up And Restore The Surrounding Area To The Condition Before The Commencement Of Construction Works.13. The Scope Of The Order Includes Vertical Adjustments Of Existing Wells, Grates And Valves For Water, Gas And Telecommunications.14. The Scope Of The Order Includes Cleaning Works, I.E. Fertilizing Fertile Soil And Sowing Grass 15. Work Within The Existing Networks Should Be Carried Out With Particular Caution And Under The Supervision Of Authorized Representatives Of The Network Owners After Prior Arrangement Of The Date Of Work.Iv. Description: After Laying, The Slabs Should Be Silted By Filling The Holes And Expansion Joints With 0-10 Mm Gr
