A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Documents Required By Applicable Law To Register The Vehicle In The Country.4. Together With The Car, A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration As A Special Car For Firefighting Purposes Will Be Provided, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).5. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). 6. The Contractor Must Declare That The Vehicle Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Its Exclusive Property, Is New - Year Of Production No Older Than 2026, Technically Efficient And Free From Defects.
