Bandurskiego With 1740R Ul. Konfederacka In Jarosław2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of District Roads In The Jarosław Municipality - Preparation Of Technical Documentation For The Construction Of An Elevated Intersection With Pedestrian Crossings At The Connection Of District Roads No. 1739R Ul. Bandurskiego With 1740R Ul. Konfederacka In Jarosław Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And Materials Required For The Implementation Of The Investment.3. The Development Of A Project For The Reconstruction Of A District Road Should Include, Among Others: - Reconstruction Of The Road On The Section Covered By The Study; - Designing A New Road Surface Structure And Its Full Replacement, - Determining The Type Of Surface Based On The Arrangements With The Employer And The Road Manager, - Adapting The Technical Parameters Of The Road To The Applicable Regulations And The Expected Traffic Category, - Designing Exits For Other Elements Related To The Operation Of The Road, If Necessary, - Analyzing The Existing And Designing A More Effective Drainage System For The Road By Rebuilding Or Expanding The Rainwater Drainage System And Inlets Streets, Sewers, Wells And Other Drainage Devices To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Road, - Development Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conduct An Analysis Of The Collision Of The Designed Solutions With The Existing Infrastructure; 2) Obtaining Technical Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements From The Operators Of The Following Networks: - Gas, - Electricity, - Telecommunications, - Water, - Sewage, - And Other Networks Occurring In The Investment Area; 3) Design The Reconstruction, Protection Or Removal Of Collisions Of Technical Infrastructure, If Necessary. 5. Additionally, The Study Should: - Analyze The Need To Build A Technological Channel - Obtain The Required Positions, Opinions And Agreements Of The Relevant Entities; - If There Are No Grounds To Abandon The Construction Of A Technological Channel - Develop Its Design;
