Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students From The Łopiennik Górny Commune To The Public Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny In The 2026/2027 School Year

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services Consisting In The Purchase Of Personalized Monthly Tickets Enabling Students To Travel By Public Transport To The Public Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027.4.2. The Term Transportation Means The Transport Of Students From Their Place Of Residence (From The Stop Located Closest To The Place Of Residence) To The Public Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny And Transport From The Indicated School To The Place Of Residence (The Stop Located Closest To The Place Of Residence), Along With Ensuring Occupational Health And Safety Conditions During Boarding And Disembarkation As Well As During The Students Journey By Vehicle As Part Of Regular Transport Available To All Passengers. The Routes Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of Public Transport, Generally Available, With The Right Of Way Indicated In This Procedure For Students. 4.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Guardians In Individual Vehicles Along The Routes. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of Students When Entering Or Exiting The Vehicle And During The Journey. The Guardians Task Will Be To Supervise The Transported Children While Boarding And Disembarking And Traveling, Informing About Irregularities In Transport And Cooperating With The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Contract. The Guardian Should Have An Id Badge Or Clothing With The Inscription Carer. Before Starting Deliveries, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding The Employed Transport Supervisors: A Declaration Of The Guardians Clean Criminal Record, A Photocopy Of A Certificate Of Health And Safety Training. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow One Person To Act As A Driver And A Guardian Of Students.4.4. The Order Covers The Transport Of Students And The Provision Of Care During Transport To Schools On School Days, Assuming The Organization Of The School Year In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of April 18, 2002 (Journal Of Laws No. 46, Item 432, As Amended).4.5. Transport Must Take Place As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport In Accordance With The Road Transport Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended).4.6. The Order Includes Transport Of Students From Their Place Of Residence In The Łopiennik Górny Commune To The Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny And Transport From School To Their Place Of Residence.4.7. The Number And Route Of Routes Are Agreed By The Contractor With The Ordering Party, So That The Departure Time From Individual Towns Starting The Route Is No Earlier Than At 7.00. Arrival Time At Schools No Later Than 7.55.4.8. During Transport, The Carrier Is Obliged To Provide Seats For Transported Students In Accordance With The Number Of Monthly Tickets Sold.4.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technically Efficient Vehicl
