4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Called Transportation Of Students To Primary Schools In The Chełmno Commune On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets. 4.2 The Estimated Monthly Number Of Transported Students During The Order Implementation Period Is 345. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children During The School Year, Change Stops, Routes And Towns To Which Children Will Be Transported And From Which They Will Be Transported. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Number Of Tickets Purchased Per Month Is 330. 4.3 The Ordering Party Provides For An Option Right, Under Which The Scope Of The Order May Be Increased By No More Than 10 Students After The Basic Scope Has Been Used. 4.4 Exercising The Option Right Is A Right, Not An Obligation, Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Exercise This Right Does Not Result In Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. 4.5 The Option Right Will Be Exercised When The Volume Of The Contractors Services Exceeds The Basic Scope During The Term Of The Contract.
