Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Service Of Conducting Two Two-Day Training Sessions Entitled: Building And Motivating A Team In Theory And Practice.

1 The Comprehensive Service Of Conducting Two Two-Day Training Courses Includes Providing The Following Elements During Each Training: 1) Training Room, 2) Training Service, 3) Training Supervisor, 4) Notebook And Pen, 5) Hotel Service With Breakfast, 6) Catering Service.2. The Number Of Participants During The Training Will Be:1) Group I - A Maximum Of 35 People, But Not Less Than 28 People,2) Group Ii - A Maximum Of 25 People, But Not Less Than 20 People.3. The Target Group Of The Training Are Employees Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Command Of The Volunteer Labor Corps And Public Employment Services From The Lower Silesian Voivodeship.4. Place Of Training: The City Of Wrocław.5. Form Of Training: Lecture And Workshop.6. Form Of Knowledge Testing (Validation): An Exam Verifying The Acquired Learning Outcomes Conducted On The Second Day After The End Of The Training Block. Validation Must Be Carried Out By An Entity Independent Of The Training Institution Or By A Person Who Was Not Involved In The Education Process.7. The Training Will Be Conducted In Polish.8. Training Available To People With Special Needs.9. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
