The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Verification Of The Concept And Design Created By The Contractor. 2) Submission To The Ordering Party Of A Written Opinion On The Design Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Investment Is To Be Implemented, In Particular In Terms Of The Building Materials Proposed By The Contractor. 3) Representing The Investor On The Construction Site By Monitoring The Compliance Of Its Implementation With Construction Documentation, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 4) Exercising The Duties Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Within His Construction Powers Over Construction Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance, With Particular Emphasis On Quality Control Of The Works Performed. 5) Checking The Quality Of Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction. 6) Inspection And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participation In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations And Technical Devices, Preparation And Participation In The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Facility. 7) The Investors Supervision Inspector Undertakes To Perform His Duties With Due Diligence, As Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Technical Documentation.8) Participation In Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor For The Purpose Of Implementing The Investment.9) Monitoring The Progress Of Works By Checking Their Actual Advancement.10) Settlement Of The Contract With The Works Contractor In The Event Of Termination Of The Works Contract.11) Requesting The Contractor - Construction Manager - To Make Corrections Or Re-Perform Defective Works, As Well As To Suspend Further Construction Works In The Event That They Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Or Construction Permit.12) Investors Sup
