Part 1 Of The Order – Purchase And Delivery Of Clean Water Pumps1. The Scope Of Part 1 Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of 3 Clean Water Pumps. Minimum Requirements For The Pumps: Single-Stage, Single-Stream Turbine Pump, With A Capacity Of 1,100 L/Min To 2,100 L/Min, With A Discharge Attachment Of 2 X Storz B (75) And A Suction Attachment Of 1 X Storz A (110). Powered By A 2-Stroke Petrol Engine With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 60 Hp (44 Kw), With A Starter And A Starter Rope, Ignition - Electronic Cdi. Pumps With A Valid Cnbop Certificate.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Event Of Failure To Allocate Funds From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program That Are To Be Used To Finance The Order.3. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide For Each Device: 1) An Operating Manual In Polish, 2) A Warranty Card (If Issued By The Manufacturer), 3) A Declaration Of Conformity Or Another Document Confirming Approval For Use, If Required By Law, 4) A Cnbop Approval Certificate - If Required In Accordance With The Description Of A Given Part Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must: 1) Be Compliant With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Other Standards Appropriate For A Given Product, If Applicable, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 2) Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity Or Another Document Required By Law For A Given Type Of Product, If Such An Obligation Results From The Law, 3) Be Consistent With The Provisions Contained In The Swz And The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz, 4) In Accordance With The Principles Of Lump-Sum Settlement, Cover The Entire Scope Specified In Order Documents.5. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Defects And Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Delivery Date.6. In Each Case Of Using Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Referred To In Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, And Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
