The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Titled: Transportation Of Students With Disabilities To Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Transporting Children To School Classes In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, To The Following Institutions With Their Return: 1) Two Children From Zakłodzie To S.O.S. The Route Will Be As Follows: Wólka Czarnostocka - Gorajec-Zastawie - Gorajec-Zgroble-Kolonia - Mokrelipie - Zaporze - Zakłodzie - Zamość (Change Of Arrival To Individual Destination Points Is Allowed), Return Via The Same Route After The End Of School Classes.3. The Route Specified In Section 2 May Be Changed Due To, Among Others: With Exclusion From Transport Of A Student Already Covered By Transport, 4. Route Specified In Section 2 Is A Maximum Of 126 Km (With 100% Attendance Of Students Traveling From Their Place Of Residence In The Morning And From School To Their Place Of Residence After The End Of Classes). The Length Of The Daily Route Will Vary Depending On The Use Of Transport By Individual Students In The Morning And Afternoon. To Determine The Number Of Kilometers Traveled On Individual Days In The Morning And Afternoon, The Contractor Will Use Publicly Available Tools, And The Designated Route Will Be The Shortest Possible.5. The Service Covers 5 Days A Week, I.E. Up To A Total Of 188 Days During The Period Of Implementation Of This Contract, Subject To Section 6.
