The Subject Of The Order Is Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Purpose Of Conducting A Three-Day Training For Local Action Groups (Lags) In A Facility Located In The Nowy Targ Or Tatra Poviats Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship.2. The Hotel In Which The Training Will Be Organized On The Day Of Submitting Offers Should Have A Category Assigned By The Voivodeship Marshal Of At Least Three Stars (Or Higher According To The Contractors Offer) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1944, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 Regarding Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) And Be Adapted For People With Disabilities.3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1D To Swz.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
