1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Educational Materials For Learning English And Granting Access To A Digital Educational Platform For The Implementation Of The Bilingualism Program In Two Kindergartens Located In The Lipinki Commune At The Following Addresses: Gminne Przedszkole In Lipinki, Lipinki 54 And Primary School In Wójtowa, Wójtowa 52. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Starter Kit For An Owp Teacher To Implement The Bilingualism Program, 2) Delivery Of A Teaching Kit For A Child To Implement A Bilingualism Program3) Delivery Of A Teaching Kit For A Child To Implement A Bilingualism Program - An Extension Kit And A Set To Consolidate Childrens Skills4) Providing Access To A Digital Educational Platform For Implementing Bilingualism3. Educational Materials Will Be Delivered In Batches, In Accordance With The Current Needs Communicated To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. Each Request Will Include An Indication Of The Number And Type Of Ordered Sets Of Materials Separately For Each Facility. The Ordering Party Will Submit A Request For Materials Separately For Each School Year. Delivery Of Materials Will Be Made On Working Days From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party By E-Mail About The Planned Delivery At Least Three Business Days Before Delivery. Educational Materials Should Be Delivered To The Addresses Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Municipal Kindergarten In Lipinki, Lipinki 54 And The Primary School In Wójtowa, Wójtowa 52.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To The Educational Platform For Learning English For Kindergarten Units. Access To The Educational Platform Should Cover The Period From September To December 2026, The Entire Year 2027 And 2028 And The Period From January To June 20295. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical Support In The Functioning Of The Educational Platform, I.E. Telephone, E-Mail Or Remote Assistance. This Assistance Is To Be Provided Immediately, Which Should Be Understood No Later Than 4 Hours (Clockwise), From The User Reporting The Problem By E-Mail Or Telephone (From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., On Working Days From Mon. To Fri., Excluding Holiday Breaks And Public Holidays). This Is Assistance Provided To The Teacher In Order To Properly Conduct Educational Classes And To Use The Functional Options Of The Educational Platform. Technical Support Is On-Demand. If Technical Support Is Not Provided On The Basis Of The Above Guidelines, The Ordering Party Will Use The Support Service Of Another Available Entity And The Costs Will Be Charged To The Contractor.
