1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Design Services Including The Development Of A Design Concept And Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction (Expansion) Of Ul. Bratnia In Wysoka, Including The Construction Of Parking Spaces, Road Lighting Along The Road, A Bicycle Station And A Greenery Planting Project Along The Street. Brotherly. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Two Separate Design Concepts: 1) Concept No. 1 - Solution Including: A) Reconstruction (Expansion) Of The Road Ul. Bratnia In Wysoka Regarding The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along Ul. Bratnia.B) Construction Of Parking Spaces Along The Road.C) Construction Of Road Lighting Along The Road.D) Construction Of A Bicycle Station With Dimensions Of 12.0 M × 2.5 M.E) Planting Trees And Shrubs Along The Street. Bratnia.2) Concept No. 2 - Solution Including: A) Reconstruction (Expansion) Of The Road Ul. Bratnia In Wysoka Regarding The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along Ul. Bratniej.B) Construction Of A Parking Lot On Plot No. 43/75 In Wysokac) Construction Of Road Lighting Along The Road.D) Construction Of A Bicycle Station With Dimensions Of 12.0 M × 2.5 M.E) Planting Trees And Shrubs Along Ul. Bratniej And Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including The Final Decision Of The Road Investment Permit, Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid, And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works. The Approximate Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Graphic Attachment Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex A To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit.4. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Order, Including The Method Of Settlement Between The Parties, Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).
