Prequalifications are invited for SHEQ Consultants Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Quality Management Systems - Develop, implement, maintain, and improve SHEQ management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and provide compliance support. Monitoring and Assessments - Conduct environmental, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and workplace monitoring, assessments, and surveys to ensure regulatory compliance. Auditing and Compliance - Perform SHEQ audits, legal compliance assessments, gap analyses, and provide certification and regulatory support. Training and Advisory Services - Deliver SHEQ training, emergency preparedness, risk management, and specialist advisory services to improve organizational compliance and performance SUBMISSION All tenders must be submitted electronically via the designated Sandvik online tender submission platform below. [email protected] Tender submissions must clearly indicate the tender number, tender name, and closing date as specified in the tender invitation. No hard copy, hand-delivered, or physically submitted tenders will be accepted. Only tenders successfully submitted online or before the stated closing date and time will be considered. Late submissions or tenders submitted through any other means will not be accepted. Supply and aftermarket maintenance of Toyota and Isuzu vehicles - No need to submit if you have already submitted Bidders who have already submitted tender documents in response to the earlier tender invitation are not required to resubmit their proposals. To be received on or before 31 July 2026. Late tenders will not be accepted TENDER CURRENCY 1. For comparison purposes, the price quoted should be in USD. 2. The procuring entity will convert the USD to ZIG currency using the official exchange rate prevailing on the day of closing tender submissions. COST OF TENDER 1. The tenderer shall bear the costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender, and the procuring entity shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the tendering process. 2. The firm found capable of performing the contract satisfactorily in accordance with the set prequalification criteria shall be awarded the contract. TENDER PRICERS 1. The tenderer shall indicate on the appropriate price schedule the unit price and total tender price of the goods it proposes to supply under the contract. 2. The price indicated on the price schedule shall include all costs, including insurance and delivery costs to the entitys premises. 3. Prices quoted shall be exclusive of VAT. ELIGIBLE TENDERERS 1. This Invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as described in the Invitation to Tender. 2. The procuring entitys employees, committee members, board members, and their relatives (spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in the tender. 3. Tenderers shall provide a qualification information statement that the tenderer (including all members of a joint venture and subcontractors) is not associated, or has not been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates that have been engaged by the procuring entity to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenderers shall not be subject to a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. Contacting the Procuring Entity 1. No tenderer shall contact the Procuring entity on any matter related to its tender, from the time of the tender opening until the time the contract is awarded. 2. Any effort by a tenderer to influence the Procuring entity in its decisions on tender, evaluation, tender comparison, or contract award may result in the rejection of the tenderers tender. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, quality, and safety measures. Mandatory Required Documents State Price. Validity of your offer from the closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days). Bidders must provide CR6 - List of Directors and CR5 proof of residence. Bidders must state payment terms. Bidders must express lead time/delivery. Suppliers must attach a VAT certificate if registered. Bank confirmation letter not more than 3 months old. Current ITF 263 Tax Clearance. 3 x Trade references. Limited Liability Insurance cover note.
