Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth, Education, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 1-2 months Under the UNICEF Lebanon Learning to Earning (L2E) Programme, implemented by PI Foundation, we are seeking accredited TVET institutes and universities to deliver Advanced Training (Level 2 specialization) in Customer Service and Sales for 2 youth who have completed the Integrated Skills Package under the Customer Service and Sales track. Assignment Details Duration: As per the MEHE/MOL accredited curriculum, indicatively starting in the last quarter of 2026 (October 2026) Target Group: 2 graduates of the L2E Customer Service and Sales cohort, vulnerable Lebanese and non-Lebanese youth aged 16 to 29 Location: FULLY REMOTE Modality: Remote delivery, typically three to four hours per day, for 3 days per week, over a period of one month, delivered in Arabic with English used where Lebanese workplaces use it Objectives The Advanced Training aims to deepen the technical mastery acquired during the Customer Service and Sales competency-based training and to increase graduates access to higher-skilled roles in retail, hospitality, contact centers, sales operations, and related service sectors, through a Level 2 specialization delivered against MEHE or MOL accredited curricula. The selected institution will be responsible for the following: Deliver a Level 2 FULLY-REMOTE specialization course in Customer Service and Sales using MEHE or MOL accredited curricula, adapted where relevant to local employer requirements in South Mount Lebanon. Apply the training duration and hour distribution defined by the accredited curriculum, with scheduling flexibility (typically three to four hours per day for 3 days per week) to accommodate youth circumstances. Provide qualified trainers and adequate facilities, equipment, and learning materials for both theoretical and practical components. Integrate mentorship and coaching support during theoretical and practical phases to sustain learning and reduce drop-out. Monitor attendance and learner progress, and share standardized enrollment, attendance, and completion data with PI Foundation. Issue certificates of completion to 2 participants. Provide job referral support to 2 graduates upon completion, in coordination with PI Foundations employability team. Comply with UNICEF child safeguarding standards, codes of conduct, and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) requirements. Target Group Participants are only 2 graduates of the L2E Customer Service and Sales cohort: vulnerable Lebanese and non-Lebanese youth aged 16 to 29 from the Chouf region who have completed the Integrated Skills Package. Duration and Location The Advanced Training is expected to start following the completion of the CS&S Integrated Skills Package, indicatively in the last quarter of 2026 around the month of October, with the exact start date confirmed jointly with the selected institution. Training will take place fully remotely. Training is delivered in mainly a mix of Arabic, with English used where Lebanese workplaces use it. Eligibility and Qualifications Registered TVET institute or university legally operating in Lebanon. Authorization or accreditation to deliver MEHE or MOL certified curricula in Customer Service, Sales, Retail Operations, Business, or a closely related occupational field. Demonstrated experience delivering technical or vocational training to youth, preferably including vulnerable and mixed-nationality groups. Qualified trainers with proven subject-matter and pedagogical experience. Willingness to sign PI Foundation and UNICEF safeguarding, PSEA, and code of conduct commitments. Experience with donor-funded or UN-partnered programmes is an asset.
