Sard Often Faces Sudden Emergencies That Require An Immediate Response, Such As An Outbreak Of Fighting That Causes Tens Of Thousands Of People To Flee Their Homes Or A Devastating Earthquake Displacing Hundreds Of Thousands Of People. Through Fsl, Shelter/Nfi, And Wash Programming. Operational Background: A. The Evolving Humanitarian Context In Nw Syria Is Complex And Requires Solid Controls On Emergency Response Operations. These Controls Have Been Dependent Mainly On Human Efforts And The Simple Use Of Technology, Which Poses A Critical Challenge To The Delivery Of Timely And Effective Humanitarian Assistance. A Significant Amount Of Information Is Being Generated On The Humanitarian Needs And The Sard’S Response In Its Area Of Operation, But Dealing With Such An Amount Of Information Is Challenging And Consumes A Lot Of Resources. B. Sard Is Supporting The Most Vulnerable Families In Nw Syria With Multi-Purpose Assistance Including Food Vouchers, Hygiene, Kitchen Set, Clothes, And Nfi Kits, The Vouchers Used Are Paper Vouchers, Sard Would Like To Establish A New System For Multi-Purpose E-Vouchers. C. Sard Has Developed Protocols And Procedures To Organize Its Responses But Implementing Those Protocols Is Solely The Responsibility Of The Field And Country Office Staff, Which Is Generating Lots Of Avoidable Administration Burden And Exposes The Work To Human Mistakes.
