The Ministry Of Education And Culture (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit) Requests Your Offer For The Evaluation Of The Current State Of Physical Education In Finland In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Evaluate The Current Status, Position, Focus, Actors, Prerequisites, Strengths And Development Targets And Opportunities Of Finnish Sports Research. In Addition, The Development Of Exercise Research In Finland Since The Previous Overall Assessment Of Exercise Research In The Early 2010S And The Situation In Comparison Countries Are Evaluated. The Evaluation Also Produces Development Recommendations For The Development Of Exercise Research In Finland. The Procurement Object Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of This Call For Tenders. The Goal Is To Sign The Contract For The Evaluation On September 30, 2026, And The Evaluation Must Be Completed On June 30, 2027. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Research Does Not Have Clear Separate Entities That Could Be Implemented By Several Different Parties, But It Is Important That The Overall Picture Of The Research Remains Under Control Of One Party.
