The Building Site Is A Two-Story Office Building With A Total Square Footage Of Approximately 1,000 M². The Head Office Must Meet The Minimum Requirements Stated In The Request For Tenders And Its Annexes. The Head Office To Be Offered Must Be An Entity Divided Into Two Floors In Accordance With The Appendices Of The Tender Request. According To The Plans, The Upper Floor Of The Head Office Would Consist Of Private Office Spaces, An Open Office Space, Toilets, And A Break Room. The First Floor Of The Head Office Should Consist Of Two Open Office Spaces, Two Meeting Rooms, And A Break Room With A Distribution Kitchen. The Form Of Implementation Is A Kvr Contract, Which Includes A 10 M Piling Foundation, Construction Of A Head Office With A Total Square Footage Of Approximately 1000 M², Construction Of Heating And Electricity, And Ensuring Functionality. The Requirements For The Head Office And The Planned Contract Are Described In The Attachments Of The Request For Tenders. Business Riihimäki Is The Developer. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In September 2026 And The Planned Completion Date Is By The End Of December 2026. In This Procurement, The Lowest Contract Price And A Separate Graded Quality Comparison Are Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Advantage.
