The Intent Of This Advertisement Is To Obtain Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified Vendors For Franklin-Hart Airport ¿ Hangar Development Phase 1. This Project Consists Of Site Grading For Two New Hangar Buildings, Installation Of Drainage Structures, Construction Of New Asphalt Apron Pavement, And Design-Build Construction Of A 10-Unit T-Hangar Building Including Concrete Foundation. The Contractor(S) Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Services Required To Fulfill The Terms And Conditions Of This Bid.
