The City Of Maple Ridge (The “City”) Is Seeking The Services Of Experienced And Qualified Engineering Firms (The “Consultant”) Within The Lower Mainland/Metro Vancouver Area To Provide Miscellaneous Professional Engineering Analysis And Design Services (The “Services”) On An “As And When Requested” Basis For Small Capital Or Urgent Projects Within Maple Ridge, Bc. Small Projects Are Identified As Professional Engineering Services Valued Under $75,000 Excluding Taxes.Through This Request For Qualifications, We Wish To Shortlist Up To Ten Qualified Firms For Each Of The Areas Below. Services Include But Are Not Limited To Studies, Conceptual Design, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Construction Services, And Post-Construction Services As Well As Contract Administration And Inspection Services.A) Engineering Design & Construction Servicesb) Electrical Engineering Servicesc) Geotechnical Engineering Servicesshortlisted Engineering Consultants Shall Be Able To Attend A Start-Up Meeting/View The Site Within 48 Hours Of Initial Call-Out.Any Resulting Contract Is Not Exclusive, Meaning The Successful Consultant(S) Do Not Have The Exclusive Right To Provide These Services To The City Of Maple Ridge. The City Reserves The Right To Award To Multiple Consultants, Establish A Priority Call-Out List, Assign Portions Of Its Requirements To Other Qualified Firms Either Through A Competition Or Select Process, Or Conduct The Work In-House. There Is No Guarantee Of Any Work.
