The Assignment Includes The Provision Of Flexible Workers, Whereby The Nature, Scope And Duration Of The Deployment May Differ Per Participating Midwaste Member. The Specific Characteristics And Needs Are Explained In More Detail Per Plot. Various Collective Labor Agreements Apply Within This Tender, Depending On The Midwaste Member In Question. When Executing The Agreement, The Contractor Takes Into Account The Collective Labor Agreement Applicable To The Midwaste Member In Question And, To The Extent Legally And Contractually Applicable, Applies The Resulting Employment Conditions. If There Is A Takeover Of Staff, It Is Expected That The Taken Over Employees Will Match The Job Classification And Pay Scales As Used Within The Relevant Midwaste Member. Objective Of The Assignment: With This Tender, The Clients Aim To Enter Into A Sustainable Collaboration Per Plot With A Professional Service Provider That Can Flexibly Meet The Personnel Needs Of The Participating Midwaste Members. Duration Of The Framework Agreement: The Framework Agreements Come Into Effect On February 1, 2027 And Have An Initial Term Of Two Years. The Client Then Has The Option To Extend The Framework Agreements Four Times (4) For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months.
